No. We can work around items you want to keep, or clear everything if that’s easier. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we arrive.

Yes. If there are items in good condition, we’ll make sure they go to donation rather than landfill.

Furniture, appliances, clothing, bedding, personal belongings, paperwork, and general household items. If you’re unsure about something, just ask.

We can’t remove chemicals, cleaning liquids, fuel, gas bottles, or asbestos. These need to go to a licensed eco waste facility.

It’s up to you. We’ll need someone to let us in and show us what’s going, but you don’t have to stay if you’d prefer not to.
