Council Cleanup:

  • 4 general cleanups per year (resets 1 January)
  • 4 bulk green waste collections per year (separate booking)
  • Maximum 3 cubic metres per collection (3m x 1m x 1m)
  • Must book online or call 9424 0000
  • Wait times expected due to high demand
  • Items can only be placed out the night before collection

  • Mattresses (separated for recycling)
  • E-waste (TVs, computers, laptops, printers – separated)
  • Whitegoods (fridges, washing machines)
  • Metal (BBQs, bikes)

  • Pool equipment (bundled)

What Council Won’t Take:

  • Building or renovation waste (fencing, bricks, wood, tiles, concrete)
  • Kitchen and bathroom demolition waste
  • Glass and mirrors
  • Hazardous waste (paints, chemicals, gas bottles)
  • Oil heaters/column heaters
  • Car parts and tyres
  • Solar panels and batteries
