Removing a spa isn’t a quick lift-and-carry job. Here’s what’s typically involved:
- Site cleanup: we leave the area clean and ready for whatever comes next
- Electrical disconnection: spa pumps and heaters are hardwired, so they need to be safely disconnected first. We work with licensed electricians when needed.
- Draining: any remaining water needs to be drained before we start
- Demolition: most spas need to be cut up on-site to get them out. We break down the fibreglass or acrylic shell into manageable sections.
- Removal and disposal: all the pieces, the pump, the cover, the base — everything gets loaded up and taken away
